Hi, I’m Natalie.
I like to read, write, stargaze, listen to music, drink coffee and be around good people.
I come from a family of storytellers. Stories-of our childhood, our memories, and of those who lived before us, are how we made sense of who we are and where we come from, for better or for worse. That tradition of remembering, creating meaning, and listening is the foundation of my work.
My magical practice is idiosyncratic and eclectic, shaped by ancestral veneration, death and end-of-life reverence, Hermeticism, astrology, Qabalah, alchemy, and Rosicrucian thought. I approach tarot not as a fortune-telling tool, but as a symbolic language. It helps uncover personal myth, psychological insight, and the quiet patterns shaping our lives.
I hold a degree in English and Literature from Texas Woman’s University and am a certified tarot reader through the 22 Teachings School of Hermetic Science and Magical Arts. I have contributed as an editor to The Fool’s Feather, a student publication through 22 Teachings, and my tarot spreads appear in Volumes II and III of A Small Collection of Specialized Spreads, edited by Coleman Stevenson.
I currently produce the Dallas Psychic Fair and have read at a variety of venues and events, including Bewitched Denton, Meow Wolf Grapevine, Charlie’s Star Lounge, Sons of Hermann Hall, Greenman Holistic Faire, and Wellness expos throughout North Texas.
At its heart, A Tarot Storyteller is about presence, depth, and meaning. It's an experience for reflection, transformation, and the stories waiting to be told.
I would like to think that a reading with me is thoughtful, conversational, and rooted in symbolism rather than spectacle. I approach tarot as a sort of language, one that speaks through myths, stories of everyday life, psychology, and patterns. My role is to help translate what is emerging in a way that feels meaningful and usable in your real life.
My sessions tend to be reflective and collaborative. We explore what is present, what is shifting, and what is asking for attention, without removing your agency or placing fixed outcomes on the future. Tarot, for me, is not about prediction alone, but about orientation; it is intended to help you understand where you are, how you arrived here, and what possibilities are available from this point forward.
People often leave my readings feeling clearer, steadier, and more connected to their own inner knowing, not because I have told them what to do, but because the messages from the cards have empowered them see their story from a wider and more honest perspective.
